Hi I’m Andy Banks owner and head coach at Banks Fit.
I could give you the usual speil about how I’ve been in the industry for over a decade, how I am extremely passionate and how I’ve spent more time and money on educating myself than I have on my house (several times over infact).
I kinda did right?
But that is not what seperates me or our service from the usual gym or class.
What makes us different and has allowed us to help 100s transform is our dedication to the customer.

I am always fine tuning the recipe to maximise results for my clients.
By reading and research a wide range of topics; sports science, psychology, biology, neuroscience and more I continute to give my clients the edge to getting results.
I’ve also made all the most common mistakes along the way so you don’t have to. I was clinically obese during my time at university. In an attempt to get bigger for rugby, I shovelled in food and ballooned up to 17st 4lb (I made more chin gains than muscular gains in the process).
I was also underweight in my teens before discovering booze and Mcdonalds – ha.
So I guess I know what it’s like to be on both sides of the scale.
My ultimate goal is to cut through all the misinformation and give people the best advice to become better as quick as possible.
